For the properties whose price is : 

 - lower than 100 000 € = 9% TTC 
 - in the range from 100 000 € to 200 000 € = 8% TTC 
 - in the range from 200 000 € to 300 000 € = 7% TTC 
 - higher than 300 000 € = 6% TTC 
 - higher than 400 000 € = 5% TTC 

VAT at the rate of 20 % included. Our fees are the load of the salesman.
